Program for Health Economics and Outcome Measures (PHENOM) is an academic research group that is aimed to support clinical and coverage decision making through collecting and synthesizing evidence. Our primary approach to generating new evidence is randomized clinical trials, observational studies, and population preference elicitation. We also use systematic literature review, meta-analysis and economic modeling for synthesizing existing evidence. Our research can be used to address individual clinical and/or economic questions and to support coverage policy making. We are actively involved in educational activities related to research methodology for graduate training and knowledge exchange in health economics and patient-reported outcome measures.
